Audicin uses patent-pending audio technology (PCT/FI2023/050615) developed by experts in neuroscience, sound engineering and music psychology. Its audio treatments blend immersive audio engineering and scientific research to guide your brain toward desired psychological states. A study of over 200 people showed that first-time users reported significant relaxation within just 10 minutes (t(210)=7.17, p<.0001).
For military and first responders, this means faster stress down-regulation and operational readiness.
For athletes, it supports recovery, focus during training, and pre-performance mental preparation.
For longevity clinics, it’s a safe, non-invasive modality to support HRV, sleep quality, and stress biomarkers.Through evidence-based auditory experiences, Audicin allows users to relax, increase focus, enhance sleep quality, and boost productivity simply by listening with their own headphones, wherever and whenever needed.

Yes. Developed by neuroscience and music psychology experts, Audicin’s audio technology has shown significant short-term relaxation responses in controlled studies.
Ongoing research explores its role in performance psychology, stress resilience, and biomarker support (e.g., HRV, sleep quality).
Audicin has a team of 5 PhDs and a medical board that includes the former Chief Science Officer of Oura and a World Champion athlete. Read more about Audicin Science .
Here is a link to our first paper showing effective relaxation in 10 minutes for new users of Audicin. We have several papers in publication process, and an international patent pending.

At best you will most likely fail to achieve your goal, at worst you could actually harm yourself.
Evidence proves that unrefined binaural beats damage cognitive performance.
Scientists also report that poorly constructed audio significantly increases physiological stress.
Of even more concern, a 2025 study of 7,000 “binaural beat tracks” across both free and paid platforms found that between 70%-92.5% are deceptive. Fake. They contain no binaural beats at all, contain the wrong binaural beats, or make completely false claims.
Audicin has been assessed by audio engineers, medical professionals and and scientists from around the world and we are open to having it verified by any 3rd party source.
Our aim is to help people - we use absolutely no deception. We are science-backed and evidence-based. Audicin is genuine.
Your brain and body health and wellbeing matter.

Most users feel an effect within 10 minutes. Regular users experience even faster immersion in Audicin sound as the brain learns quick response to the Audicin brain entrainment technology.
Long-term benefits build with consistent daily use: improved recovery, better sleep, and stronger resilience.
-
Yes. Audicin is recognised as safe for general use by several medical doctors. As with any brain-targeted modality, those with seizure disorders, pregnancy, or cardiac conditions should consult a clinician before use. This is because safety in these vulnerable populations has not been extensively studied.

Download Audicin from the App Store or Google Play.
Choose audio treatments based on your needs: Focus, Sleep, Relaxation, Work.
Sessions can be used with eyes open (during activity) or eyes closed (for deep reset).
Listen to Audicin Songs that match your need (work, sleep, relax etc.) or - if you are in the know - the binaural beat band you wish to evoke (alpha, beta, delta, etc.)
Try Audicin Journeys, a patent pending audio immersion experience that uses crafted binaural beat steps to accomplish goals including flow, confidence, recovery and insomnia relief.
From end-2025 you can also monitor your biometric reactions to Audicin, including your daily Audicin Sleep Score, HRV and heart rate changes.
-
No. Audicin songs and journeys can be downloaded for offline use - ideal for field operations, travel, or secure facilities.
-
No. Audicin will work on any headphones, earbuds or audio headbands.
For binaural beats to work you must receive one signal to one ear and one to the other - hence you must wear headphones of some kind for Audicin brain entrainment to work. But you can use any headphones that suit you.

Your Sleep Score is shown on the Home Screen of the Audicin app within minutes of you opening your Audicin app.
If you don’t see an updated score there are a number of things you could try to trigger it:
1. Turn off battery saver mode
The Audicin Sleep Score won’t update while the device is in battery saver mode because background health tracking features are restricted to conserve power. Since sleep monitoring requires continuous sensor activity and data processing, the system pauses updates until the device returns to normal mode.
2. Sync your native app (Oura, Whoop, Garmin etc. )The Audicin Sleep Score won’t load until the native app (like Oura or Whoop) is synced, because Audicin relies on processed sleep data from those platforms. Without a fresh sync, the latest sleep metrics aren’t available to calculate or display the score.
3. Wait for a longer sleep periodThe Audicin Sleep Score isn’t recorded in Apple Health if you sleep less than 3 hours because Apple Health filters out very short sleep sessions. This threshold helps prevent fragmented naps or incomplete data from being logged as a full night’s sleep, ensuring only meaningful sleep periods contribute to your records.

Your Daytime Resting Heart Rate (RHR) may take up to 3 hours to appear. This delay is intentional - your heart rate first thing in the morning can fluctuate due to the natural cortisol surge that happens when you wake up. Audicin waits until those early changes settle to give you a more accurate, stable RHR for the day.
RHR is one of the best indicators of how well your body is recovering. If you want to check your heart rate moment-to-moment, the fastest way is through your device’s native app (such as Oura, Apple Health, Garmin, or Whoop), since those show real-time data with the least delay.
-
Your Nighttime Resting Heart Rate (RHR) is calculated while you’re asleep, when your body is least affected by external stressors. Audicin is able to provide this metric soon after waking. Measuring RHR overnight gives one of the clearest pictures of how your body is recovering, since it reflects the balance between your nervous system and cardiovascular system at true rest.
A lower nighttime RHR often indicates better recovery, whereas higher values can suggest lingering fatigue, stress, or illness. Because it’s averaged over hours of sleep, nighttime RHR is more stable than daytime spot checks and helps you see long-term recovery trends more reliably -
